I am so grateful to have been given the opportunity to take part in the LLF 2014 Workshop for Emerging LGBT writers. Not only was this respite in the LA haze a wonderful place to explore my own writing, but it also afforded me the time to connect to other talented and generous writers. I will never forget the friendships and follies we forged.
